Investors have the opportunity to stay for free at any of the Investment Fund’s vacation rental properties. For every $20,000 invested, shareholders receive one free week stay at any of the fund’s furnished vacation properties (pending availability). There are no restrictions to the number of weeks used in relation to your investment amount. For example: an investment of $60,000.00 would equal 3 weeks per year of free stay at the fund’s properties. Any stays over and above this would receive a 50% discount.
